Salalah Logistics is an Omani community based company with 286 share-holders registered as an SAOC (closed joint stock company) which is governed by the same rules as a quoted joint stock company in the Capital Markets.

As such, Salalah Logistics has strict codes of Corporate Governance which are accountable to the Shareholders to always operate the company in accordance with the Law and Best Practices within the Sultanate.

It is a measure confidence shown by our Omani Founders of the company that Salalah Logistics already has a paid up share capital of an authorized significant share capital.

The Shareholders, Board of Directors, the staff and myself are of a well-known composition and reputable Omani blend of businessmen who are all well-established members of the Omani community and Government pension funds. Hence we are all ready for this new and exciting challenge in the immediate and long term future of Salalah Logistics.
